Oncall Installation was in need of an online marketing campaign that focused on generating sales through the phone with the sales team. The site needed to convey consumer electronics service professionals as quickly as possible while encouraging people to request a quote on their own project.
We wanted to create a warm, friendly, and contemporary brand solution that is years ahead of the competition nationwide. We created a geo-target based pay per performance program and created a site that catered to that location to ensure that we support the area where these customers live.
Oncall Installation experienced an 186 percent increase in sales while lowering the cost per acquisition from $146 down to $28. The geo-targeted based campaign allowed us to track data trends with conversions based on where customers lived. It allowed for Oncall to create promotions supporting those geo-based sales trends. The result is that they were able to be more effective making relevant contact with possible customers.
